Investment Administrator. Bury. Up to £30,000 per annum.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join the successful investment team.
In this role you will play a vital part in supporting the financial advisers and ensuring the smooth operations of client’s portfolios.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing client’s application forms and investment transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.
- Assist with meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.
- Liaise effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers and custodians.
- Manage and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues with the investment administration process.
- Assist the investment manager with quantitative and qualitative research on the model portfolios and their underlying funds.
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial services administration, preferably investment based
- Have a basic understanding of investment principles and financial products.
- Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and progress your career by taking relevant professional exams.
The role is office based and comes with the following benefits:
- Holidays: 25 days increasing with length of service
