Bury | £26,000.00 - 30,000.00 Per Annum

Investment Administrator. Bury. Up to £30,000 per annum.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join the successful investment team.

In this role you will play a vital part in supporting the financial advisers and ensuring the smooth operations of client’s portfolios.

Main Responsibilities
  • Processing client’s application forms and investment transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Prepare regular operational reports for the board of directors and investment committee.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.
  • Liaise effectively with investment advisers, third-party providers and custodians.
  • Manage and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues with the investment administration process.
  • Assist the investment manager with quantitative and qualitative research on the model portfolios and their underlying funds.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in financial services administration, preferably investment based
  • Have a basic understanding of investment principles and financial products.
  • Excellent organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and progress your career by taking relevant professional exams.

The role is office based and comes with the following benefits:
