A team with more than 50 years of combined recruitment experience across Commercial, Financial Services and IT, Digital and Tech Markets.

Our Co-Founders Richard and Jen met back in 2015 and have worked together ever since, building a strong professional partnership based on: integrity, trust, shared values, and commitment to delivering recruitment solutions.

In January 2022, Recruitment 22 Limited was created with a clear aim: To build a recruitment company that excels in delivery for clients and candidates, without the noise, limitations, or KPI-driven culture of larger agencies.
